Castle Construction noticed businesses' and homeowners' needs to have property maintained and we also spoke with many clients that were unable to find a licensed contractor willing to perform the small jobs. We've developed a program that can be customized to fit your property needs and allow you to determine the budget yourself.
After performing a free evaluation of your property we will provide you with a free estimate determining your property's maintenance needs and our recommendations for service calls. You pay one monthly fee, have your property regularly maintained and never have to pay to repaint, clean gutters, wash sidewalks, decks or clean your exterior windows! It's like having an insurance policy or warranty on your home.
Common items covered in a maintenance agreement:
- Painting
- Pressure washing
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and repair
- All minor repairs (recommendations and free estimates for major repairs)
- Fence staining and repair
- Deck treatment
- Water heaters (draining and blow down)
